Existing My Account users:
If you are an existing My Account user, use the same credentials to log into the mobile app. Your email address and password will be the same in the mobile app.
Forgot password:
If you have registered for My Account since June 2020, but have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password? on My Account or the mobile app and reset your password. Any changes made to the log in information will take effect on both My Account and the mobile app immediately.
If you do not have access to your email address where the reset link was sent or you did not answer any security questions, contact customer service to receive a temporary password. You will need to log into the My Account website (not the mobile app) using the temporary password first to reset the password. Once the password is reset in My Account it will take effect immediately and the new password can be used to log into the mobile app.
