Goal Setting
The New Year has come and gone, and you most likely have your resolutions to exercise, lose weight or get healthier. Setting realistic goals and achieving them can be tough to do, but having a plan helps.
To assist you in meeting your health goals, the Cooper Wellness Program has developed a tool that is now available on the E.ON U.S. Wellness Web site. This is a personal tool that applies only to you — you don't need to share it with anyone. Post it on your refrigerator, at your desk or any location where you will see it each day.

Attend a health fair, identify areas of improvement based on your screening results, and use the "Mapping Out Your Goals" Tool to plan your journey to better health.
