(the unregulated electric wholesale merchant function), both Affiliates of the Transmission Provider, are located in the same building at 220 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Access to their respective work areas is controlled by electronic key cards.

With respect to the Transmission Function, certain Transmission Function Employees currently maintain their offices at 220 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Access to the work area for these Transmission Function Employees is controlled by electronic key cards.
